Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely! Most of our products are fully customizable with names, colors, fonts, and more. You’ll see live previews when designing. If not, we will send a mock up before printing for your approval.

What makes your store different?

We’re a home-based, Canadian-run small business that focuses on personalized, handmade products crafted with care. Every item is designed, made, and shipped directly from our studio in Blackfalds, Alberta.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are made and shipped within 3-10 business days, depending on the item. Please reach out for item specific timelines.

Where are your products made?

Most if not all of our items are made in-house at our home-based studio in Blackfalds, Alberta. We handle everything with care.

We currently ship across Canada and the USA.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping:
Canada: $15 Canada Post, $10 Currier
USA: $10 flat rate
Letter mail (labels only): $3

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Blackfalds, Alberta. Select this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when applicable) once your order ships.

Returns

Can I return a custom item?

Since all of our items are personalized, we can’t accept returns unless the item is defective or there’s an error on our part.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please double-check your spelling and selections before ordering. We can’t offer refunds for customer input errors. Email us as soon as you see, if order hasn't been made it can be edited.

My item arrived damaged what now?

If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are only offered if you received the wrong item or the product was damaged. All other custom orders are final sale.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are only issued for defective products, incorrect orders, or cancellations made before production starts. Please contact us directly to start a claim.
